Shipping & Delivery
At this time, GoodState Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and other locations specified in the shipping tab of the check out . Additionally, GoodState Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
DOMESTIC REFUNDS ARE EXCEPTED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE
INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS ORDER RETURN POLICY - Customers can return products within 60 days of purchase. All Customs, Duty Fees, and Taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION We usually process orders by 2 pm Eastern Standard time on the same day as received. Therefore, to cancel an order, you must call us at 1 (866) 227-6097 as soon as possible after an order has been placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the shipment when it arrives, but you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.
Memberships
1. Points are automatically collected from January 1st to December of 31st of each year.
2. Store credit is issued via email to registered user.
3. Store credit may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Points are not transferrable.
5. Store credit is good for 6 months after being issued. Any remaining store credit is deleted.
6. Discounted memberships are good for one full year from time of purchase.
7. GoodState Inc. reserves the right to cancel your membership at anytime. Membership costs will be reimbursed.
8. Points round up from .50 cents and up.
9. 1 point equals 1 dollar in store credit.
